Thailand Rally Planned in Solidarity with Palestine

IQNA – A campaign launched in Thailand for solidarity with Palestine has called for a rally to be staged in support of the oppressed people of the Gaza Strip.

The demonstration will be held later today, February 24, in front of the US embassy in Bangkok.

The Action for Palestine campaign has called on people favoring justice to take part in the rally to condemn the Israeli regime’s crimes against Palestinians and demand an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

Last month, a demonstration was held in Thailand’s Pattani to call for an end to the Zionist regime’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

The Tel Aviv regime launched its war on Gaza on October 7. The Israeli attacks have killed more than 29,000 people, mostly women and children and left thousands more injured.

Israel is accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice. An interim ruling in January ordered Tel Aviv to stop genocidal acts and take measures to guarantee that humanitarian assistance is provided to civilians in Gaza.
